SERVE provides customized management services to facilitate your materials distribution operations. We work with your company to understand your operations and requirements, and then implement custom programs to enhance your service offerings.

SERVE can acquire the products you need to fill your customer's orders. We routinely purchase a wide range of new, used and reconditioned computer equipment for resale and system support. We will also manage your consigned inventory, and work with your product vendors to streamline your purchasing processes.

When your products require assembly, testing, configuration, and software loading before shipment, SERVE's technical services staff will perform these activities to your specifications. We then prepare products and store them, and 'build-to-order' on a daily basis when needed.

We understand the importance of providing same-day shipments of whole units and service parts that are ready to put your customers on-line as soon as possible.

We provide inventory management services, which can include daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting of your stock-on-hand levels. Cyclical inventory counting and reporting are also available. Dedicated management system warehouses can be created in our inventory management system, and unique part numbers can be used to make product tracking concise and reliable.

We can provide management of your recovered parts. Our technical services staff can test returned parts, repair, recondition, and repackage them to fill your next order. We also manage Return To Vendor (RTV) processes and relationships, and can assist with the warranty replacement of your products.

SERVE has an automated distribution system that can e-mail and fax customized status reports to your staff with the frequency that you require. Real-time inventory status and management capability is also available via the Internet. A private account can be established to allow access to our inventory tracking system and a variety of management reports.
